For 's Eye Contest. Not sure if it really qualifies, so I intend on doing another.
this idea has kind of been kicking around in my head for a while, but i really haven't had the time to create it. "those who are old when young can only be young when they are old." it's supposed to be a sort of two part piece (a more personal project than contest entry) but i'm not sure if i'll do the other half anytime soon.
no references used, time: around 3 hours, tablet and photoshop elements title comes from a poorly made parallel to "a bird's eye view."
Thanks for the feedback :3 I was trying to make it look like the kid was hiding behind a door or something, so all that was on the face was just a sliver of light... would removing the "door" look better? then there is just the fade to black on the sides and the light is still in the middle?

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
